Earlier this week I watched a mom come through our doors, juggling a backpack, a water bottle, laptop, and her phone — all while shepherding her little dancer in the door. She was immediately greeted by a POW Ambassador who helped her little ballerina get ready for class, snap a few first day photos of them, and when her dancer went in class, she let out a breath and smiled at me and said, “It’s just so nice to be here.”
And she wasn’t alone. All week long, I heard parents saying things like, “It feels like a family reunion,” “It feels great to be home,” and “It’s so good to be back to routine and structure — you’re a big part of that.” Those words mean everything to me because that’s exactly what we want Level Up to be for you and your child — the calm in the chaos, a steady place where you feel welcomed, known, and supported. I was so proud seeing the team and interns in action. I LOVED walking around holding ALLLLLLLL the babies, the young leaders at the door and in the classroom helping lead and create a culture that is like no other. There absolutely are other children’s activities but I know there is only one LPAC;).

- We’ll keep exceeding expectations in staff training — from over 30 CPR/First Aid–certified team members to 40+ hours of mentorship, team, and customer experience training for each staff member, right down to our interns. Yep, the first question is always “More training Miss Jenn?”…..YES- more training;).
- The best part? Our “Goldilocks” approach — no judgment, just celebration of what’s right for your family. All the classes, some of the classes, early for classes, running late to classes…… just right and we are right beside you<3.
Level Up isn’t just our name — it’s what we do and who we are. Each day, each class, each performance, and each event is designed to be even better than the one before. That’s our promise to you….
