Once dancers reach a level of love for the arts, it’s natural they want more. MORE performances, MORE experiences, MORE opportunities, and MORE experiences. Our University programs are built on the belief that MORE doesn’t mean sacrifice. Excellence is the result in both dance and life for our students through memorable experiences, lessons in time management and intentionality within everything they learn and perform. We all know to be successful we have to build MORE awareness, MORE discipline and MORE leadership. That’s exactly what our University programs do because we realize that EXCELLENCE is a CHOICE. This will be the best decision you make enrolling your child in a program that will raise them up to not only accomplish MORE than just great dancing.
Any dancer, young or old who wants solid technique, a strong foundation, and to be pushed “Beyond” will find a happy home in Beyond Ballet. This program is designed for dancers looking to dive deeper specifically in ballet and for those who may hope one day to possibly dance pointe. The curriculum, workbooks, uniforms and experience speak for themselves. We do highly encourage every dancer at some point in their dance careers to push “Beyond” their limits.
This company is not just based on dance education: It is a total life education in it’s not what we do that matters, but WHY we do it that matters. This team was created to offer dancers an opportunity to be challenged, exposed to other dancers, teachers, learning experiences and MOST importantly see how they can make a difference in this world by always giving with open arms and by leading with grace first. Company is not something that is open to all dancers and you must be invited to participate on it. Up Level Dance Co. has found its WHY over the past few years creating life experiences for growth and charity and community events. They are proud to bring smiles to all who have the privilege of watching them perform.
The Level Up Performing Arts WHY Internship Program is a highly distinguished in-studio education program that aims to promote the love and knowledge of instructional methods and/or servant leadership to current students in addition to instilling our WHY into the hearts and souls of the dancers in this program. This Internship Program provides the necessary stepping-stones towards building confident, hardworking, well-informed, and eager mentors and leaders for the future. Discipline, respect, responsibility, enthusiasm, and patience are qualities Level Up Performing Arts strives to implement in its Level Up Performing Arts staff members.
NHSDA has been implemented in in our organization to lift up and recognize the amazing work that our students have been doing for years. We wanted a program that raised them up academically while acknowledging them for their community service, leadership and charitable giving among many other things that is recognized on a collegiate level. Their mission is to recognize outstanding artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievement in students studying dance in public and private schools in K-12 education, dance studios, cultural/community centers, performing arts organizations and post-secondary education. Participants will foster an appreciation for dance as a true art form and one worthy of recognition and prestige.

Every class (with the exception of our Acro/tumbling program) participates in our year-end recital. The excitement, memories, and moments, that surround that big day are unforgettable! Just like class, along with the excitement come life lessons that go far beyond the stage. Many think the recital IS the moment they work for, when truly recital is the pass-through for the life lesson of celebrating progress. While for some it is a seasonal celebration, for most it is a moment that starts with their first applause to their final senior bow, anchoring a place in their hearts throughout their school years. Progress and growth don’t happen overnight—they take time and we know time is the most precious thing we can spend together, so days like recital day become CORE memories in our book!
If dancers want to train more frequently with additional opportunities and experiences, then the University Program track is perfect to try out. If you are loving the Academy track then there is where you stay! We have natural progression built in to keep dancers growing forward with exciting moments to celebrate their progress along the way!
All dancers are placed by grade. If dancers are in different grades that don’t line up in the same program and they want to dance together the older dancer may opt to dance in the younger program. We are firm believers that children make friends no matter where they are! After all,
they are here to learn dance not have a playdate!
While we doo have students that don’t participate in the year end recital, 99% do! It is very common for dancers to “not want to” then a few weeks before completely change their mind. We always encourage parents to purchase the costume, bring them for class and participate in all the things. Most times the kids come around with enthusiasm so we always like to be prepared!
The roadmap is a great guide! We also work really hard on all our communication to match how everyone receives it best. We will guide you through every step of the way!
