As a mom, I’m feeling this season of change right alongside so many of you. My daughter Baylee is stepping into high school — a brand new district, a new routine, and a new world to navigate. Just like you, I’m figuring out the best path so she doesn’t miss a single opportunity to grow, shine, and thrive.
That’s why, at LPAC, we’re always leveling up — not just in our programs, but in the way we care for our families. This summer alone, our team invested over 25 hours in staff training, covering everything from classroom excellence to creating an outstanding customer experience. We run a full Intern Training Program, and every staff member and intern is First Aid and CPR certified to keep your dancers safe.
We’re expanding our expertise with Acro Arts certification for our staff, and we maintain a deep roster of trained substitutes so your child’s growth and experience are never interrupted, no matter what.
And our commitment doesn’t stop at people — we continuously reinvest in our space so families always have the best. This year, we repainted the entire studio from floor to wall, replaced the waiting room floors, stripped and polished every studio floor, and installed brand-new speakers for the clearest, most inspiring sound.
We know we are the most expensive option — and that’s because our value isn’t just in what you see, but in the quiet discipline and constant commitment behind the scenes. It’s the small, consistent actions that create excellence, and you often notice them most only when they’re gone.
We also know that change takes time, and the first few weeks of any season can feel like a whirlwind. Give yourself grace. Your child will settle in. And we’ll be here, making every interaction joyful, every question answered, and every child seen.
